The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! Otherwise everything was fine.

L'accueil a été super et en plus avec un éclatant sourir. La chambre était irréprochable . Le seul petit reproche a été le manque de lumière devant l'ascenseur qui était en panne.

Je descends régulièrement dans cet hôtel, il est proche de toute accomodité, il est sympa, propre, le petit déjeuner est super, le personnel bien veillant, en plus pas chère ! Je le recommande vivement !

Expérience décevante

Aucune mention qu’après 21h il n’y a plus personne. On se retrouve devant sans numéro de réservation valide. Il faut appeler pour avoir le code. Au départ tôt le code de la chambre qui doit ouvrir le portail pour sortir ne fonctionne pas. Il faut appeler et perdre du temps à 4h du matin!

Hotel très bien situé

Très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel. Person agréable et petit déjeuner copieux. L'hôtel est situé pas loin du centre historique d'Aubenas, idéal pour s'y balader

Nous sommes globalement satisfaits

Nous avons fait une halte d’une nuit dans votre établissement. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h et il y avait encore quelqu’un à l’accueil, ce que nous avons apprécié. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit au calme. La chambre était impeccable, tout comme les sanitaires. Elle est un peu exiguë pour deux personnes, mais cela reste largement suffisant pour une nuit. Le petit déjeuner du lendemain était copieux, il ne manquait rien. Peut-être faudrait-il simplement baisser un peu le volume de la musique diffusée sur l’écran de télévision.
