Let this adorable log cabin nestled in the Hiawatha National Forest be your home away from home. The cabin features two bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, bathroom and wifi. Not to mention a beautiful working handcrafted fire place in the living room. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing in a large screened in porch. There is also a private out door fire pit and picnic table. Located minutes from Munising and popular attractions such as Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Glass bottom boat tours, countless waterfalls, shopping and dining. Booking this cabin gets you a discount on kayak and canoe rentals from AuTrain River Canoe and Kayaks which is directly across the street.

11/2/2023 - Update per guest reviews and recommendations. Hot water heater turned down and new couch ordered! Please let me know if I turned the hot water down too much.

Au Train Stay
It was a lot of fun to get away before going back to work for the summer. As college students, the lady and I like to use trips like this to decompress after the semester. It was very close to a lot of nice trails and good food. Dead river falls were a favorite for sure.

Great cabin
It was such a nice little cabin, in a nice area. Loved how it was tucked in. Had a hard time finding it and the host was very helpful. Loved the decor, and it was exactly the kind of cabin feel we wanted. Very satisfied.

Girls Get Away
Perfect perfect perfect. It was what we needed to help relax and reset. Perfect for people who love being around nature. Not your typical big city attraction and it was nice to disconnect for a bit.

Wonderful place!
Great little cabin had everything we needed. Was far enough back from the road and surrounded with trees so felt very secluded. Our dogs were able to go outside without a leash. Great place to come back to each night.

Nice, clean cabin
We loved our stay at the cabin. It was nice and private and our dog loved the area to roam around on. Our favorite part about the cabin was the indoor fireplace! It made for a nice cozy atmosphere!
