「Very nice house in walking distance of downtown East Tawas. Great fenced-in backyard that our dog loved running around in. Plenty of space and comfort that put it several steps above an up-north "cabin" and made it feel a bit more like home. Host was very responsive and communicated quickly and clearly. 」

Had one very slight hiccup that was resolved quickly. Host contacted via phone within minutes of the message through Vrbo. 「My initial impression was not favorable. There was a terrible odor from previous smoking in this property even though it said it was a non-smoking property. The upstairs bathroom was the dirtiest room of the house. The walls were filthy with drips of dirt, coming down the walls. The exhaust fan was full of dirt as well. The shower liner was in need of being replaced as it was also very dirty. There also may be an electrical problem with the outlet in the upstairs bathroom. When I plugged in a...
