The staff was great and the food was delicioso. The bed was too soft and the room could have been a little better maintained and cleaner. Our shower wouldn't drain so we got to stand in water.... but the location was great, right at the end of the Ajijic malecon.

The stay at the Hotel was nice, however, our room had nothing to in the bathroom to hang or put the shampoo bottle that we brought with us. We ended up buying something to hang on the shower head from the store. Another thing I did not like was: they gave us a free drink voucher, but, it was not ...
