「Excellent service, clean room, nice amenities.」

「Great hotel in a perfect location. The street is pedestrian, so there is no traffic noise, and all rooms are facing away from the street. All amenities are great, the staff is very helpful and professional, all in all, a very very nice place to stay in Arequipa. The building was originally a travertine mansion, with a wrought iron gate, a cool patio, arches, columns and all the aesthetics of the Spanish colonial style. Very glad to have found it!」

「Staff were very helpful and everything was perfect」

「It is a very comfortable and friendly hotel. The breakfast was excellent. All the staff were well trained and friendly. 」

「The place is great! Wonderful management, services, and spotless place. People are professional, accomodating, smiling and graceful. We wish we had this lodging experience everywhere we travel! The place by itself is an architectural delight inside and outside, and the generous breakfasts on the patio a must to do. Our bedrooms 8 and 10 were quiet and well isolated. Thank you for making our stay as memorable and easy. Merci!! Frederic, Christine and Manon」
