「The outside of the building is underwhelming but we were pleasantly surprised at our spa-like hotel room. The room was so clean and comfortable it looked like it came out of a big, luxury hotel. We had an issue understanding how to get the TV working . There was a man in the store when my husband was talking to the staff. The man touched base with the owner who sent the staff members to our room and stayed on the phone with her until we got the TV set irking. We only had one night there but...

「Great spot downtown and with the kitchenette, great options to stay longer. My only issue was I arrived on a dark & rainy night and i struggled to see the sign, so looped the block a couple of times. But once I figured it out, there was parking out back and it was easy to get in.」

「Unfortunately our check in was delayed because we did not receive instructions. We ended up calling the owner who picked up right away and was very helpful in getting us into the unit. She said she had sent us instructions for check in through the VRBO app. We did not receive them and I am wondering if this is because we booked through Expedia. After we got into the unit everything was satisfactory. The unit was clean, the bathroom was clean and modern. The area was quiet and we slept well.」
