「We booked 2 rooms for my family and on reaching there at around 8 pm as we were coming from toronto ,there was no one on virtual site as they close at 6 pm .We received email confirmation for 1 room and not for 2nd room.We were not able to contact property people nor expedia could do anything .We had to leave property and had to go for another hotel which we had to to take at premium .My children waited on street till 10 pm without food.Terrible experience.」

「Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend. There were no elevators in either building. If you have...
