「Staff was really nice, good food」

「This was just what we expected. It is an old resort but maintained as best they can. Doesn’t look like anything has been updated but clean enough. Staff was very friendly. I would pass on the breakfast buffet if I went back.」

「We spent 3 nights here in Oden’s Den. We chose this property because of our interest in how a school had been repurposed. We were blown away by the size and comfort of the rooms. Some of the rooms had beautiful views from their windows of the icebergs close by. This is a great spot to be for easy access to many sight seeing trips. And the recommendation for dinner was excellent as well (we went there twice). Our host was friendly and knowledgeable. Great vibe here.」

「The room was very small, no place for our luggage. There should be a fridge, especially for people like me who have insulin with us. The accessibility was not mentioned as being unavailable and I was not able to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. They did give us a main floor room but didn't offer to refund the difference. The place is very difficult to find. The room is very nice and everything worked well. We slept great but couldn't figure out the heating/air-conditioning. Some sort of...

「We only had a short stay but the property was very clean and comfortable and was exactly what we needed. The staff were very helpful with organizing our transportation. There was no restaurant at the hotel but they had arranged our complimentary breakfast at a restaurant around the corner. Overall it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.」

「The hotel and all services was very good The airport shuttle was very efficient upon arrival and driver was friendly. The only noticeable thing missing was a shuttle service during next day am hours as many clients need to return to airport for rental card. Perhaps a shuttle at 9 & 11 may draw in more cliental?? Only a suggestion, though, our stay was great. Thank you」

「Liked waterfront room with view. Parking garage attached to hotel for easy access and exiting. Enjoyed free breakfast. Repairs needed in bathroom. Flooring dirty in bathroom. Air conditioner was very noisy. The fan was so loud had difficulty sleeping.」
