This ground-floor vacation condo sleeps 6 and features two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a full and twin bed, plus a pull-out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, three flat-screen TVs with internet apps, and private WiFi. Linens are not included.

Condo is newly renovated and includes 6 beach tags, an outdoor shower, clotheslines, and an onsite mobile-pay washer and dryer for laundry.

Guest booking and staying must be at least 25 years of age. Adults cannot rent on behalf of younger guests—no exceptions. A signed rental agreement and driver’s license are required before check-in.
