We were so impressed with every aspect of this property. Great location on a corner lot with plenty of parking spaces. Loved sitting on the front porch! Even though we did no cooking, the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the bed pillows should be replaced as well as the primary mattress. It has peaks and valleys. Otherwise,we were very comfortable.We would love to rent again next September.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was super clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a well-loved and well-cared-for space. Even though it rained for most of our visit, we really enjoyed relaxing on the spacious outdoor wraparound deck—it was the perfect place to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings.As a chef, I especially appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was. There was an abundance of cookware and everything I needed to prepare meals throughout our stay, which made a big difference.Like other guests with small children, we were thrilled by the amount of games and toys available in the house. It made the rainy days much more enjoyable for the whole family.We did have a couple of minor issues when we first arrived, but I have to say the property management team was outstanding. They responded within 30 minutes and had everything resolved quickly and professionally. They stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was a level of attentiveness I’ve rarely experienced with rental properties.A big thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us. It was truly a pleasure staying here, and we would absolutely love to come back!

Family get together

House was clean, spacious, well supplied and especially great for a few toddlers with everything we needed for them. This made for a relaxing and fun trip for all. Also we had a small issue gaining entry and they were very responsive and quick in resolving. We will stay again.

Beautiful week in OCNJ

We stayed for a week August 10-17 and couldn't have been happier with this rental. There were a few items we noted that were broken when we arrived, but the property management company addressed them immediately. The check in / check out process was simple and we were extremely happy with all of the extras they offered - a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys, and lots of stuff for kids in the house!

First vacation of summer 2024

We could not have been more happy with our stay. The digital owners guide, amazing amenities and fantastic location were just a few of the highlights of the trip. If you are looking for a kid friendly house this is a great choice - we were able to to leave our big pieces at home because they provided a pack and play, several stroller options and so many toys which made the pack up before stress free. Our son LOVED all the different toys he was able to play with. This is a great place and we had the best weekend!

Best Family-friendly Beach House!

I have stayed in a lot of beach houses in Ocean City, New Jersey, and I think this house has been my favorite to date. To start, the communication was straight forward and easy with owner. From the minute you walk in the door you feel at home. They had everything you needed to settle right in, even toys for the little ones! The decor was beautiful. There were gorgeous stain glass windows in the family room I could not stop looking at. If you have a baby or little ones this place is a must.

Beautiful property!!

Great accommodations including all you will ever need for fun at the shore! Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, living room great for family time and movie nights, beautiful outdoor space with charming decor and wrap around porch. This one is PERFECT for young families—changing tables, toys, strollers, dishes, sippy cups, books—you name it, this place has it! When my kids were young I remember having to pack every single item for the kids—you can leave all your stuff at home and enjoy your vacation!

Amazing home - perfect for toddlers & in the perfect location

What an amazing home Sarah has curated for those that want to be away from the boardwalk but within easy walking distance. House is nicely curated with all the toys and amenities you would need for toddlers but also for those that love hosting family meals. Rooms are great and the Nest thermostat central air is a godsend. Garage is stocked with all your beach needs. Definitely would stay again!!

Great House & Great Host

We loved the house & we got very lucky with amazing weather. Unfortunately for us we had to cut our trip short because a couple of members of our family came down with a bad cold, but it was everything we expected and more. The house is a shade further from the beach than other houses we rented, but it still felt like it was in the middle of the action.

A great family getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Sarah's beach house for the week! The house was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of fun things for the little ones to do and a great front porch to relax on for the rest of the family. Lots of parking and easy to get out all of our favorite OCNJ spots. Sarah was so nice and easy to communicate with making sure that everything during our stay was perfect. Some delicious welcome goodies were waiting for us as well :-) Would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again!

Great time in a beautiful house!

My family and I really enjoyed the house and everything was just as pictured and described in the listing. The porch is very spacious and nice to sit and relax on. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything listed including tons of beach gear to borrow in the garage! Would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.
