Our family loved our time at Paul’s place in Brigantine. We had everything we needed, it was a very short walk to the beach and bay, and Paul was a very kind, helpful, and responsive host. We hope to come back again.

Excellent rental

What a perfect vacation spot. Great location and the owner Paul was kind and extremely accommodating. All the extras added a nice touch and made you feel at home. Fresh flowers and music playing when you walked in. Everything was available toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergents, sheets, towels. Will definitely be heading back

Lovely Host

Paul does every thing he can to make you comfortable and feel at home so you can relax on vacation. The home had everything you needed including creamer for your coffee and milk for your morning cereal which was nice not having to grocery shop the first night. Even the outdoor shower was stocked with shampoo and soap. He thought of everything! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach - so close you can hear the waves from the front porch. Paul was even kind enough to ship my daughter's Barbie back to us which she forgot at the home. He was receptive to any issues we had.

Great Girl’s Weekend

We rented this unit to go to a concert in Atlantic City instead of staying in a hotel there. It was the best decision ever! This adorable condo had everything you could want and more. Very close to both the beach and the bay, and a quick Uber ride to AC. Our host was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely plan to return soon!

A must stay for a getaway

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our time in this beautiful space. It was very cozy. We each had our own rooms, comfy beds and beautiful views. We were literally down the street from the beach. If we had any questions, Paul was only a text or call away. I unfortunately had a medical emergency, and Paul was very understanding. He made accommodations for us. The back porch was very relaxing with a beautiful pond to look at. The front porch is nice as well. If you're looking to relax, be present and chill, book this. You won't regret it. We will definitely be back. The food in town is delicious and everyone was friendly.

Family beach vacation

Family Getaway

Paul was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay at his condo. We were in town for a family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. The beach was packed, so it was nice to have parking and to be a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the condo was a great home base to return to after visiting with family.

Great Host and Place to Stay.

This is on the end of the island near the nature preserve so there was hardly any traffic. Paul provided everything we could have needed and treated us like family guests. Whenever we get a chance to go back we will and will stay at Paul's when we do.

Wonderful Stay

Rented over Memorial Day weekend for a baseball tournament. Weather did not cooperate- still had a great time. Paul is fantastic- he offered to extend our vacation 2 days on him so we could enjoy a day or two of sunshine. Apartment is in a great location and has all the amenities you could ask for-in the last 18 years/ we have never seen this level of service from a host at the Jersey Shore.

Love it!

It was a last minute decision, hoping to catch a few remaining warm beach days. Our experience couldn’t have been better. The north end of island is quiet and the beach is pristine. The condo was beautiful, very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The front and back decks were our favorite hang outs. Paul was a great host, very helpful and responsive in our communication. Brigantine is very quiet, in comparison to other Jersey shore islands so if the slow vibe and solitude is what you seek then it won't disappoint. We'll be back in a heartbeat.
