"After I checked I. And left the room, my door would not lock. I packed all my stuff back up and had to go to the front desk. Maintenance came right away to fix the door but it was the inconvenience for me. The conditioner in the bathroom had someone's hair on it."

"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."
