Very good

The place is amazing . Very clean and very nice with all the stuff you need in the kitchen and in bed: very calm area and quit . The owner was very friendly with us and help with all we asked.

Great home bass for exploring Athens. Steps from the metro, grocery store and coffee shops. Efficient check in and check out experience. Well stocked apartment with fantastic air conditioning. The neighborhood didn't feel the safest late at night but the building itself had excellent security and our car was parked on the street and everything was fine. We would definitely visit again.

It was very clean, included toiletries, nice quiet neighborhood. Would have liked instructions on how to use the oven and microwave.. little different than we are used to, we figured it out, but would be helpful.

The apartment was nicely updated and modern. The building security made us feel safe. The option of secure, off-street parking was nice to have, however, we were fortunate to find street parking very close to the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the metro train to downtown Athens is an easy walk from the aoartment. If we were to return to Athens, we would stay here again.

Nice apartment for the price with easy walk to the Metro. The area is a bit rundown but this property was totally updated. Plenty of food options nearby.

I stayed here just for a night to catch an early bus at Liosion street. It was a great location and a good price for others who are looking to do the same. The space was gorgeous and very accessible for public transportation for those looking for a longer stay.

The apartment was not cleaned the whole week we stayed there. There was not filled up daily with water or other things. The equipment in the apartment was okay. The placement is comfortable close to a Metro station. But lot of noise in the night time.

This property is a gem. The staff is very responsive and friendly. We got in late and needed another blanket and pillow. They were able to give us a code to get into a locker to get more. Amazing!!!! We also had a late flight out and we were able to checkout and leave our luggage in lockers until we were ready to leave. Subway was about a quarter mile away. Easy to get to the beach or major tourist attractions with a short train ride. Tons of restaurants and low end shopping. The yarn shop (DMC) was only a block away which my daughter was very happy about. Everything crochet!!! Overall, very secure and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, and well equipped with every amenities you might need. Location is close to metro station and plenty of places to eat. Would only like to see communication for check in tonbe more transparent or delivered sooner as after traveling more than 18 hours, waiting to get check in details can be confusing.

The apartment, the property and the amenities were great. The only drawback was the noises coming from the streets, e.g. nighttime screaming and loud cars/motorcycles. The location was great, with easy acceess to metro, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood might not be the prettiest, but that was not a problem for us. The provided secure parking, fir an additional cost, was great.

Overall good value for the money but located in a so so area. Streets are dirty and the houses around are poorly maintained and abandoned. The building of the hotel is in a good condition. Some things in the unit were missing, such as the curtains in one room and a glass door in the sower

Overall the apartment and location is great. Close to some great cafes and restaurants. Super close to Metro Station. Walk felt a little sketchy at times. Some things we did not like, strong smell of mold/mildew in level 1 bath. Had to buy bleach and clean it up. Shower door missing (which may be why there is mold/mildew) Pretty much every piece of gym equipment didn't function properly. We would stay here again, just some things need attention.

Property was pretty clean, modern, tech friendly with enhanced safety features. There was no info regarding the massage spa and no adapters for the 110V appliance (phone/laptop chargers) for US travelers. Also, with the rented parking spot parking spot was blocked and killed the whole idea of having the convenience of a parking spot.

This was our first stay at the location and it was a good experience. Within walking distance to the Metro station (less than 5 mins). This is not a tourist area but the process to enter the unit is secure. The rooms were equipped with basic cooking utensils and pots, coffee, some bottled water in the fridge, hand soap and lotion in the bathrooms. The only issues I had was: 1. that two rooms were booked and I only received an email code for one room. Had to call in to get the other code. The staff were responsive by phone which was good. 2. Our room had no kettle but the other room we had booked did.

property was lovely and modern, such a convenient area that’s super close to the main city center. pleasantly surprised at the fact that they gave us pots, pans, utensils etc for the kitchen. if you’re staying here for 1 week this would be super ideal. the only issue we had was with the hot water. on two occasions, the water wasn’t running hot at all, leaving us to take a cold shower. not sure if there’s a cap on the usage or just an issue with the main supply but it did knock the place down a point. apart from that, everything was lovely and would be more than happy to stay here again!

We had stayed at this same location a few days prior, went to another part of Greece and came back for one night before leaving. Our first stay was better than the second. The room I was given where my children and I stayed was not in the best condition. The rooms are lovely and modern. The only issue in this case was our apartment had black mold the bedroom and one bathroom. It looks like there was visible moisture because some of the walls looked like the paint was bubbling. We didn’t have this issue in our other units so I am hoping it is an isolated issue. Basic supplies and amenities are available in the unit. No kettle again in this unit. Great location to the Metro and grocery store. Not a tourist area but there are local cafes and burger spots.

Stayed for a few nights, place was ok... Lacked afew things such as towel hooks by the shower, bathroom mirror and a hanging light are obstructing one another. Bathroom sink worktop had water damage... Difficult to have a shave or beard trim with the hanging light shining in your face (most annoying of all). Just an awkward layout lacking these basics. Also so many switches in the rooms without labels, couldn't remember what was what even after a few days of staying... Annoying. Positives... The service is great, comms and i'm sure Lux will look into the above and improve it. We have stayed at other Lux apartments which were better.

The nice things about the property are that it is truly beautiful. it’s a great place to be. Very walkable. Nearby Pharmacy, nearby Coffee shops, nearby grocery. Once we told them the problems with the property, they did respond quickly. However the downsides were that we did not get the entry code or the apartment number as they promised. Sent an email several times. While they sent the check-in information, it didn’t include that. So we were sitting in the Athens airport having flown for two days. Totally exhausted. And I am in tears because we can’t go to our Room because we can’t get in. Somebody at the airport felt sorry for us and called the office to get this info. Second issue is that we did not get good showers. While they are beautiful, they only gave us very cold or very hot water. One of our party got a warm shower one time but sh had to turn the water pressure down to almost nothing in order to have it be warm which made it very difficult to rinse herself off. So we ended up having cold showers or having to sponge bathe in the sink. I feel like we should be getting some kind of refund because of this, but they felt like they put their best effort to fix it and so they said no refund.
