I absolutely loved the modern décor and comfort of the rooms. They are so perfect! Also, the staff made the experience that much greater - they are amazing, friendly, accommodating, and lovely! They arranged my taxi rides everywhere and treated me so wonderfully. An excellent stay.

It was a very nice room for the price, near the centre of Athens, within walking distance of bars, cafes and restaurants, and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Overall definitely recommend.

Hotel and staff were wonderful! We had to extend our reservation last minute and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They helped us schedule taxis and offered to run out to grab us stuff from the store when a member of our party wasn’t feeling well. Property is very clean and feels safe. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff.

Hotel has been very well renovated. Modern, clean, spacious. Good AC. Nice shower. Good staff. Roof terrace. Few minutes to some nice restaurants. It’s a bit unsavoury, just outside.

Great place and great location

This place was really good! Location is close to everything and the staff is super friendly and they have one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen working in the reception. We had a problem with our A/C in the room and when the technician couldn’t fix it he ran down to reception and got us keys for a new room and helped us take our bags to it as well, that is awesome service!

My apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom, and a full kitchen area with mini frig and microwave. The roof top sitting area gives views of the city. Elevator for my 8th floor room. Helpful staff at the desk. Secure building using room key to enter lobby. It is a 2 block walk tom the metro and an easy walk to the National Archaeological Museum. I recommend this facility.

While the hotel is located walking distance from the metro station and Monastiraki Square, the route to and from the hotel was area was poorly lit in the later evening and night time. As a first time traveler to Greece, you want to feel reassured that you are safe, which was our only concern. The ubiquitous graffiti can add to feeling unsafe if you are not from a big city. The hotel itself modern and beautiful. The 24 hour staff was welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful studio, super clean with everything one may need. Excellent staff (Thank you, Christopher). 5-6mins walk away from Omonio metro. It may feel a rough neighbourhood in evening but I had no adverse experience evening walking around in the middle of the night. Definitely will consider staying here again if I am back again in Athens.

Great place lovely receptionists room nice and clean but my God the area it in is beyond description - think of the worst parts of Jakarta ,Manila or Rio. Trans hookers and graffiti everywhere . Not a safe area . Athens really has a problem with graffiti but this area in particular lots of homeless as well. Footpath totally unsafe as well.

New hotel

The hotel is new, actually the gym is still under construction. Comfortable rooms and new beds; space could have been better arranged for dining. New electric stove, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool. Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less). Reception staff extremely kind and helpful. Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.

We showed up to this property and they did not have a room for us despite multiple email confirmations about checking in. They said they did not have our booking and that there were no more rooms. They also told us to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia said refunds go through this hotel, not them. So they basically won’t give us our money back despite not staying there. Don’t stay at this hotel it’s a scam.
