Disliked: Communication
First, convenient location. But noisy because of train horns. Complimentary earplugs are not "soundproofing". Later on arrival evening no hot water, called them instead of messaging due to urgency, said they were aware and should be restored in 10 minutes, it was not, I also mentioned a dirty towel was left behind and toilet lid was broken. Next morning set par for the rest of stay, run shower 10 minutes for water to get warm. And warm water can run out or be intermittent. Also low pressure. You cannot flush toilet paper and they do not come to change waste bin bag daily or at all during 4 night stay. There is an addition to purchase extra linens and housekeeping but no mention of how often and that's upon availability. Sink is only for hand washing due to odd faucet placement. Faulty shower door handle, little touches they could notice. Messaging them went unanswered. I don't know what "luxury' means in their name.

Poorly maintained. Mouldy air-conditioning, I hate being lied to. They knew there were problems. They did move me, but there were problems with the second place too. There is nothing luxurious about this place. It's noisy. It's close to the subway, I'll give them that.

On a sketchy street. Had to pay 20 euro for an early check in as they wouldn’t let us in 30 mins prior to our check in time even though no one was in the room then our code didn’t even work so they had to contact a local worker to open the door for us. Unresponsive on getting check in info by email had to contact Expedia customer support multiple times. Service is terrible like why do I have to go through a portal to get clean towels and more toilet paper. It’s also right across the street from the subway line so always noisy. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend
