We would stay here again. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room we had had some aging spots that may need to be tended to, but the outside space was great. I wouldn’t do breakfast again as the options are limited, and most tours are earlier so we didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant downstairs. The roof was nice to have especially with the coffee machine. It was an overall great stay.

The staff were fantastic, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed that the property was small, however still had a coffee bar, and a spa that offered free indoor pool time, privately, great for me and my daughter. The property was really secure, and the roof top view was beautiful. They provided free breakfast coupons to an awesome cafe right across from the hotel. I have no complaints and, for a single mother traveling with her child, would totally book this property in Athens again. It’s also walking distance to sites and hundreds of restaurants and shopping (including Starbucks for our American peeps). And it’s was convenient to the hotel and cruise port, our uber picked us up right infront (believe it or not since it’s a very narrow street).

This hotel was the nicest hotel we had stayed at in Greece out of 3 hotels. The receptionist, Iliana, was super helpful and kind, thanks girl! I was lucky and had a private outdoor patio connected to my room! I would definitely recommend booking here for the price!

Beautiful clean and spacious room with the best view of the acropolis and wonderfully comfortable sun loungers on the terrace with a fan. Local area has a lively vibe and it’s just steps away from everything. Walk to all the sights in 15 to 20 minutes, train and transport 5 minutes away.

Great hotel right in the middle of Athens with bars, restaurants and shops just outside. Hotel is on a side street so not noisy. Lovely roof terrace with view of acropolis, great treatments in spa - I had massage and facial with discount for guests. Private pool. Feels more like 4 star hotel although it’s listed as 2 star! I would definitely stay again. Breakfast is served at the restaurant across the road and it’s a good selection of dishes.

Excellent location in the heart of the liveliest district in Athens! So many restaurants and cafes steps away. Only a couple minute walk to Plaka and the heart of everything m. We come to Athens every summer and this is where we will stay from now on. Parking is available for $25 a day right next door if you have a rental car. The streets are very narrow in this part of town and it might be a little difficult to find. Be patient! Give yourself a few minutes…it is worth it. Rooms are WONDERFUL.

The Residence is a very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. Despite the activity in the neighborhood especially at night it’s on a quiet side street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a very nice spa with affordable prices and a nice rooftop. The only negative was having only a tub and no shower.
