The room was small. It would have been better if they lut water bottle in the room rather than having customers carry to room with all the luggages.

This was a perfect location for a quick stopover two nights one day in Atami. Smart room - check in and out was smooth. And the Japanese breakfast with decent coffee option hit the spot. Small breakfasts work for us. We recommend the floors get a better cleaning - sticky floor which was surprising as the place was spotless otherwise. Perhaps a mop was not functioning? Anyway we really found the price value excellent. Thank you.

Excellent location next door to all transport. Free small breakfast to get you going . Good information from staff and big screen information on all places to see. Good bars near by and lots of choice to eat. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is ideal if you arrive by train and wheel your luggage to the hotel. Plenty of eateries around. If you go to the beach walk down and bus back. Nice new hotel. Free breakfast is ordinary.

After the shinkansen was suspended due to heavy rain at the Atami station I decided to stay here over night here. The staff was extremely kind and helpful to me as a foreigner. My room was very clean, well appointed and the price was good as well.

Check in and check out was done via machines, with guidance from hotel staff. There was an interactive map at the lobby about details near the hotel. Not all food locations near the hotel were listed though. Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Complimentary water was provided only during check in, and there was no kettle in the room, so if staying more nights, need to buy water from convenience store. Breakfast provided was nice but portion was small for guys.

Close to train station, shopping area, restaurant and to the water front (10mins walk). New hotel with very fresh look. Though its a business hotel, the room and bathroom size is generous compare to most business hotel in Japan.

ミニマムなホテルです。 シャワーのみで浴槽がありませんでした。浴槽があるのはダブルベットの部屋のみとのこと。変更してもらえませんでした。 室内に収納なく、ポット等もありません。寝るのみで寛ぐための用意がなかったです。 そのあたり納得の上で泊まられるといいと思います。 また併設のカフェのスタッフは手際が悪く、不親切。紙バッグに入った朝食を紙の上で手掴みで食べるシステム。何度かリクエストしてようやくしぶしぶお皿をもらえました。 建物自体は新しく、清潔。駅近で便利です。
