「丘の上にあり、ペトラからのアクセスは良くありませんが、シャトルバスが出ています。 朝は7時と8時出発の2便、帰りは通常17時ころだったかと思いますが、お願いしたところ11時半にも臨時便を出してくれました。 ホテル自体は中東の雰囲気があり、丘から眺める夕陽も綺麗でした。」

「100% recommend. The staff is extremely atrentive, friendly and attentive. Clean room, delicious breakfast in the morning and the spa is very nice. There are also beautiful views from the window. The staff thougj definitely made our stay as nice as it was. They helped us to organize rides, brought fresh drinks when we walked in and provided helpful information 」

「Grand Mercure was actually closed for renovation, so we were sent to Mövenpick Petra and our stay was amazing! All Staff were exceptional and we were also upgraded! Mary Ann and all the staff in breakfast were amazing! Chef and all breakfast stations food was great! -evening dinner so much choice and taste was great! Even Ahmed at chocolate hour was really good and attentive- everyone showed love to my daughter and went out of their way to make her happy! Exceptional stay! 」

「From check-in to check-out, the Petra Pillars was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated and the terrace overlooking the pool was an added bonus. We did massages, steam/sauna and scrubs and felt relaxed for hours after. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!」
