「A very warm welcome from Dana & Christos. The rooms were kept beautifully clean, with fresh towels daily & frequent linen change. Complimentary drinks in fridge plus tea, coffee etc. Breakfasts were first class with a huge variety of food available .We also enjoyed many lovely meals in the evening & bar meals were available throughout most of the day. 「Das Hotel liegt an einer paradiesischen Küste und beeindruckt schon von weitem mit seiner Anlage. Die Architektur und das Gelände sind wirklich hervorragend und schön. Die Zimmer jedoch sind sehr abgewohnt und enttäuschend. Das Mobiliar ist voller Flecken, dreckige Wände und schwarze Badezimmerfugen. Balkone sind lieblos ausgestattet mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. 「The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels.
