「Presentation was excellent, beautiful views, room decor was amazing, however the roof leaked, fortunately not onto the bed, wifi was poor, I was in Durban on business, sadly will not come again. Breakfast starts at 8am, my working day starts at 8.30am, not conducive to a business trip.」

「I stayed at Southey House for two nights and it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and spacious and had a refrigerator and water, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, oats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice and varm duvet. The room however was a bit cold the whole time (in beginning of July), so when staying in the room it was best to stay in bed. The guesthouse is located in a safe and there...

「空港から近く移動は楽でした。レストランはブッフェ以外ではインド料理(?)だけだったので単品注文のレパートリーが増えると良いと思いました。」

「Eagle Wind Manor provides charming and quaint accommodation in a gracious old house at the top of Botha’s Hill - convenient for both Hillcrest and Kearsney College. The beds were amazing - great mattresses and pillows, better than many top hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily and the tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were generous. The property is immaculately maintained by both gardening and household staff but it is not modern by any means and could...

「Staff was incredibly helpful expect for a lady by the name of Thobile at front desk as well as her front desk manager , I asked for assistance to add another stay and they said they could but was very rude and not helpful at all ! Refused to give me an extra card and only wanted me to get me card for my second stay even though I said I was adding an extra person , after saying I was adding an extra person and she charged me she said she needed to charge again cause she didn’t hear me say I was...

「Best place to stay in Durban, such a peaceful and calm environment.」

「There was nothing LUX about it. We were in an outside room. We had to walk up a flight with a rail and then up another flight of metal stair to get to the room. On opening the door we were met with the overwhelming smell of a deoderiser that was actually hiding the damo smell. The room was clean but the bathroom had a chipped basin, cracked floor & wall tilea. The shower cubicle was coming loose from the wall. There was mold on the tiles and door resessers and ceiling. Ventalation was poor in...
