Ute Condominiums - Central & Cozy

Ute 202 is a second floor two bedroom, two bathroom deluxe rated condominium, located on the east side of downtown Aspen. It is just a few short blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola on Ajax Mountain and Aspen's downtown core with world-class dining, shopping, and nightlife. It includes one covered off street parking spot. Now air conditioned for a comfortable stay when the weather turns warm. Free WIFI and cable TV, a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen with quartz counter tops and a granite topped island. The designer kitchen is a chef's dream with 36 inch cabinets, a smooth top range with a pot filling faucet, and a faucet over the double bowl sink with a touch on and off switch. The open floor plan allows for entertaining or casual dining after a long day on the mountain. The island has its own charging station and hardwood floors adorn the living areas. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is one main bathroom in the end of the hall between the two bedrooms and a second full bath in the bedroom with two twin beds. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms complete with stereo surround sound. There is a brand new full size washer and dryer conveniently located in the main bathroom. There is a common area barbeque grill and bike racks available for guests. All appliances are top of the line in this recently remodeled condo. excellent condo

I normally stay in Snowmass when we fly into Aspen, but this time found a nice spot in town. The unit is a bit hard to find. The parking is actually down an alley running behind all the units on the street, however once located was no problem. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee rental car and it was very tight parking. Not sure if a Suburban would fit. Units are quite deceptive from the outside. Outside entrances for all units. But very pleasantly surprised once inside. I love to cook and the kitchen here was the best equipped of any VRBO I've ever used. Lots of other high-end subtle touches. Bed was comfortable and glad to have AC since it was 90+ in Aspen. Would definitely stay again.

Charming condo in residential neighborhood

Our adult family of four enjoyed our long weekend stay in the lovely neighborhood setting of downtown Aspen. Every amenity of downtown was within a few minutes walking distance from the condo. Yet the condo location was within a quiet, residential area. It was the best of both!Condo was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies.Only comment was condo mgmt can do better informing client of features available within the unit (e.g., hairdryer?) and the check-in process upon booking so the renter can plan their trip.

We had a really nice stay in this east Aspen condo. It was the best appointed rental I've ever stayed at! It had a large, open kitchen/dining/living area with comfortable loungers and sofa. Plenty of closet space with lots of hangars, which I find is rare in rentals. It also had the most kitchen utensils, appliances, dishes, silverware and glasses I've ever seen. The only problem was the cable connection with the living room tv. The sound kept coming and going. The management company responded quickly, but couldn't resolve the problem.

Aspen condo in quiet neighborhood

The condo was as described and had everything we needed. It was so nice to stay at a place that had enough of the essentials to last a weekend. No need to rush out to the store for basic supplies. Great location for walking to restaurants, stores and bars. The place had one assigned parking spot, but we could have managed without a car. The parking spot was very tight for our full size SUV, and we wish we had a smaller vehicle. The property management team was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great rental.

What a Kitchen!

Management was great, owners were gracious, loved the location. We had a car but used Downtowner for rides due to parking issues and it was great! Get the app before you go. If you want to cook, the kitchen lacks nothing.

Great Aspen Condo

This place was great for a skiing trip with my friends. It's close to town and the mountain gondola. Host was responsive and helpful and the place was clean.

Great location, very clean apartment.

The property managers were wonderful and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, our apartment smelled of cigarette smoke from some neighbors. The property managers did their best to accommodate us and we really appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond for our stay.

Very good location. Walking distance to downtown excellent. Very clean. Quiet charming street. The condo needed air conditioning inside. It was hot on the sleeper sofa. Big stocked kitchen. Comfortable for 4 adults. Washer dryer great. Master had no bath. Good closet space. Twin beds were uncomfortable. Need to repair ice machine on refrigerator. Would recommend condo to others.
