「Self check-in failed to work. Had to wait for a staff member to do everything again in order to print keycard correctly, what a waste of time. Room stifling hot and windows didn’t open. One window pane appeared to be missing from the two layers which should’ve been present - leading to road noise being very evident throughout the night. Bath and sink drains both blocked and then stank of sewerage soon after. Overall, and appalling place to stay.」

「Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. All requests of staff even when it came to children's food requests (difficult eaters) were fulfilled. No requests were too big. The afternoon tea was lovely and definitely...

「Lovely location and tranquil setting. However our stay did not include breakfast and at £13 each we gave it a miss. Plenty of parking outside, although there were very few staff around, we had to call the hotel to get someone at reception.」
