"Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. "Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. "
