A revoir

Fuite d'eau de l’évier de la cuisine, cafetière et micro-ondes a revoir et cuvette des toilette. Pour le reste rien à redire car le coin est très calme et bien placé pour les visites de la région.

Le chalet est fonctionnel et bien décoré , situé au calme , très près de la plage . La maison était froide à notre arrivée ( 5 dehors et chauffage réglé sur 13), mais était correctement chauffée ensuite.

Un bien agréable séjour dans la maison rouge

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la Beach House qui correspond exactement à sa description sur le site : intérieur facile à vivre avec toutes les commodités ; quartier très calme et bercé par la rumeur de l'océan, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse (températures trop fraiches ) qui doit être fort agréable aussi . Situation idéale entre Houlgate et la pointe du Hoc... Bref, un endroit à recommander .

Chalet aussi joli qu'accueillant, à 50m de la plage

Ce chalet rouge offre un bel espace de vie aussi bien dedans que dehors. Il n'y manque rien. Nos amis à 4 pattes y sont bien accueillis. Et accéder à la plage en 3mn pour de longues promenades est un luxe absolu. Nous recommandons ce gîte à la communauté Homeways/Abritel.

Very convenient to all the DDay Beaches close to Arromanches. A nice little house with with everything you need for a holiday except bath towels, washcloths and bath soap. There is parking onsite for your car and there is also a washing machine and clothesline for drying. The communication with the property owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this property if you are traveling to the beaches at Normandy.

Nice house convenient to Gold Beach.

Very nice house situated just a couple block from Gold Beach, an easy walk. Everything was as in the listing and we needed nothing additional. Although there were just two us of, this house is definitely set up with families in mind. Communication with the owners was easy and they always responded quickly, they recommended a couple for fantastic restaurants nearby for us. Great place! Here's a tip...make sure and make dinner reservations as most restaurants require them.

Urlaub in Asnelles

Hübsches Strandhaus an toller Lage. Nur einige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Die Gesamtaustattung ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einiges müsste ersetzt werden (Matratzen, Besteck, Türklinken, Backofen). Während unserem Aufenthalt ist die Waschmaschine ausgestiegen, diese wurde umgehend vom Vermieter ersetzt. Der Kontakt mit Romain verlief reibungslos. Alles in Allem haben wir den Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen.

Excellent chalet pour profiter de la plage en famille

Ce chalet est parfaitement situé, à quelques mètres de la plage. Le centre-ville d'Asnelles se trouve à environ 800 mètres et le supermarché à environ 900 mètres. Ces lieux sont facilement accessibles à vélo ou à pied. De plus, Arromanches se trouve à 4 km et Creully à 8 km. Ces destinations touristiques sont accessibles à vélo ! Ce chalet est parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il est très bien équipé et il dispose d’une terrasse et d’un vaste jardin. Notre fille de 2 ans a beaucoup apprécié ! C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir le littoral du Calvados à vélo… Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt !

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben oder auf den Fotos abgebildet ist. Bauartbedingt (Holzhaus) ist das Haus recht hellhörig, insbesondere wenn im oberen Schlafraum jemand läuft, hört man das auch in den Schlafräumen drunter. Am ersten Tag hatten wir Probleme mit dem Kochfeld, da die Beschriftung der Regelknöpfe nicht mehr vorhanden ist und wir auch keine Bedienungsanleitung gefunden haben. Deshalb hier der Hinweis, die höchste Kochstufe wird angeschaltet, wenn man den Regelknopf einmal nach rechts (also im Uhrzeigersinn) dreht. Hinweise zum Umgang mit dem Müll (Trennung, Abholung) wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus, den nur kurze Weg zum Meer haben wir sehr genossen.

avec un peu d'entretien, le logement répondait à nos attentes

Idéalement placée mais le logement devient vétuste par manque d'entretien : Fermeture portail et portillon avec des cailloux et élastique; batterie de cuisine très usager et certains éléments impropres à l'utilisation, portes de douches ne coulissent plus car le système de glissière est cassé, porte vitrée du vaisselier cassée. Malgré tout, le ménage est réalisé. De plus, le propriétaire ne laisse aucune coordonnée téléphonique pour le joindre en cas de besoin. Même si nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette région chargée d'histoire, il est regrettable de constater du manque d'intérêt du propriétaire pour sa location. Ca pourrait être tellement mieux !!
