「We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities.
We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we...
「Ich war auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad im Hotel Saal. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung gebucht, das sehr großzügig und wohnlich war. Das Bett war 1A! Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und mich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig, da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Restaurant kann ich nicht bewerten. Mein Motorrad konnte ich kostenlos in der Tiefgarage des Hotels geschützt parken. 」

Skikeller ist ebenfalls sehr smart gelöst, alles abschließbar.
Frühstück kann ebenfalls mit gebucht werden.
Die Zimmeraufteilung ist komfortabel, WLAN etc. ist vorhanden.

Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei.

「Außergewöhnliches tolles Hotel. Spa und Pool- Bereich ist fantastisch und auch der Fitnessraum lässt manch professionelles Studio blass werden. Service im Allgemeinen top und die Mitarbeiter sind herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Preis/ Leistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. 」

近くにスーパーもあり、また少し歩くと湖にも出られ、便利なところでした。バス停も近く、Zell am Seeにも５分くらいで行けました。
小さい子どもがいないＳＰＡだったので静かだと思ったのですが、外国から来たお客様が大声で話をして（サウナの中でもリラックスルームでも）とてもうるさかったです。運が悪かっただけですが。。。」
