「Well located, with helpful staff and clean facilities. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place during our stay, and the humidity smell in the entrance area was quite unpleasant and difficult to ignore.」

「The Shaker Mill Inn is located in West Stockbridge so it is away from the dense tourist traffic in Stockbridge, but is located with easy access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and I90 and the rural Berkshires. 「This is a remodeled and upgraded Motel with a new look and outfit. The rooms are recently renovated with new bathrooms, beds, and AC. Everything is clean and easily accessible, parking is in front of the door. The main building has a bar with a seating area, and there is a patio with couches and gas fire pits. One can hear the traffic from route 7, though the windows block most of the noise in the rooms. We appreciated the bar and the menu which offered a variety of drinks and food choices. The...

「No detail to my comfort was missed! The innkeeper had fresh baked goodies every afternoon and hot breakfast made from scratch. The historic property is beautiful and convenient to so many art galleries, sweet towns, trails and Tanglewood. Highly Recommended!!」
