「I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!」
「They forgot for housekeeping. When I check out, I asked to keep my luggage, but they did not store, they just left at reception desk where i put as it is. No one took care, and I was lucky it was not stolen. Terrible and unbelievable.」
「Very close to the centre, with restaurants and cafés. The self catering in the house was great too. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was a great living area downstairs too!
The host, was very good. He organised an earlier time for us to get into the house and his directions were brilliant. We would definitely stay here again!」
「After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? 「Our room (number 4) was bright and airy, dual aspect and extremely spacious. Beautifully decorated with quality art deco style accessories. A huge comfortable bed and immaculate shower room en-suite. An unexpected surprise was a small fridge containing bottled water, juice, porridge pots and cereal bars - all of which were replaced each day.Our only disappointment was that the Bath Tap and Chowder Co. was closed for the duration of our stay.」
