"The room especially the bathroom was filthy with hairs on the wall of the shower and a mouldy shower curtain. Floor and shower mould and dirt. The bin hadn't been emptied from previous people. The fridge was all frozen up. The TV did not work and I was advised to watch via demand however the internet wouldn't load. The pool gate lock was broken which is of concern for children's safety. The spa pool was dirty with debris floating around. I requested another room and was relocated to a room with A/C that didn't work properly, the fridge didn't work at all and had mould growing in it. The TV had same problem with internet connection. The bathroom was marginally cleaner. This motel is in a state of disrepair and neglected."

"Starting with my birthday dinner, the service was fantastic but we were very rushed and I hadn't even finished my entrée when the main meals were served. No champagne avail to have with dinner for four ppl. Going to the room, the fridge stank of rotten fish/off fishing bait so we were asked to be moved. The next room was was even worse. There was faeces on the shower floor, it stank of rotten sewerage and mould. My sister work up at 3am experiencing an asthma attack. When we spoke to the Manager, his level of concern or empathy was zero. He could not have cared less. Tried to tell us it was the smell of chemicals!! We have stayed there previously and it was a pleasant stay, won't be returning."
