"Host not communicative, we had an issue with the back door not being able to be locked, hot tub would not get hot (just warm), upstairs heating vs AC distribution was very strange (upstairs bedrooms were cold while the upstairs hallway was uncomfortably warm), poor water pressure and loose fixtures in the bathrooms."

"We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! "

"we were looking for a place that was centrally located for the family to get together for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect. Beautiful location overlooking a lake, large open areas inside the house, and comfortable bedrooms. The host was great, answered questions about the house and area. He setup a travel crib for the 1 year old. Would love to visit this house next year."

"From the moment you walk in the door it was relaxing. There was everything we needed. The view was amazing! We made many memories and had many laughs. "

"Our family (grandparents, couple, one teen) chose this delightful home for our stay. The owner was very welcoming and checked in right away. Two bathrooms, one adjacent to three bedrooms upstairs and another in the rec room, next to the Murphy bed. AC is available in all three bedrooms upstairs. Wifi was very good, and the first floor was great for cooking, eating, and socializing - doing games, watching TV (the TV is modern enough to be able to screen mirror with phones/computers). I would recommend using the garage spots for parking, as the driveway is quite sloped. The boat house is next to the lake, a short walk down a trail and across the street. All necessary equipment was provided. Kevin, the owner, has left a very helpful binder with accurate information about local restaurants, hikes, sights, and amenities. The proximity of the Big Y supermarket means that you do not need to bring foods with you. We are inclined to return and recommend this VRBO."
