The Cutest Weekend Getaway
Vikki's little cottage was a dream for me and my two girlfriends. We all left feeling relaxed and honestly, didn't want to leave. Asheville was just a short drive and very convenient. However, do not sleep on downtown Weaverville. It's a charming small town with an excellent pizza spot and brewery. We will definitely come back to the cottage.

Great place for a cozy stay!
Our stay at Rabbit Hollow made our Asheville trip better. We were all tired from our road trip coming in but instantly felt like we were at home when we arrived. We got to enjoy the peace and tranquility away from the city while also being just minutes away from stores and great restaurants. Ray and Vikki were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. We would love to come back here in the future whenever we’re in Asheville again!

Brought my family for a weekend getaway to Asheville. The cabin is well hidden. We liked the privacy. It is real close to Asheville. About a 10 minute drive. When we arrived at the cabin we were surprised with an apple pie. It felt like home. Thank you!!!

This place is so clean and well stocked with amenities. I only wish I had king bed to sleep in. I was very happy with the privacy and all the little attention to the extra details. Thank you for all the extras. Location to anything you need was also great.

Do not pass on this one!
I stayed for a weekend with the main part of our trip to go to Mount Mitchell. DEFINITELY take this drive then walk to the top. It's open and paved.... my 89 year old friend was able to do it! Now back to the property. (The drive to the top of the mountain is only one hour on the Blue Ridge parkway, and it's a beautiful scenic drive.) LOVED this place. Vikki made it so homey, as soon as you walk in you feel so comforted. The kitchen is the best VRBO kitchen ever. She has high quality pots and pans, which seems like a rarety in rentals. It was stocked with coffee, cream, salt, spices. She thought of everything you need.... even fire starter to get an awesome fire going in the fire pit. Also other little things like plug in heaters and a delicious apple pie to greet us. Vikki and Ray are top notch hosts. Communication was great. Following her directions to the property is a must. They are simple and it's true.... I would have been confused by the GPS. As others have mentioned there is a little road noise, NO BIG DEAL. It's NOT a deal breaker to hear a car drive by. The property is very close to Weaverville and Ashville for great restaurants (if you don't feel the need to use the wonderfully stocked kitchen), yet you feel like you are in the woods. Also, the beds were comfortable for a great sleep at the end of the day. If I were ever to come back here I would not hesitate to rent again.
