"What a pleasant surprise when we opened the door! Darling cottage filled with personal touches to make guests feel at home. Outside is fully fenced and dogs are made to feel very welcome with a jar of dog treats and a couch cover so pets can sit on furniture. Even a people treat waiting for us. "This is the second time we have stayed at this sweet cottage in Flat Rock. It has been renovated to the highest standard and is spotless and comfortable. We have never stayed anywhere that is better equipped than Cozy Pines and look forward to our next stay."

"This is a great house for a long weekend in Asheville. The home was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to all the Asheville activities. The owner was super responsive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Only thing to note is that the house is on a pretty busy street, not an issue but just something to keep in mind if you have kids and/or pets with you. Overall, we had an excellent time and would stay here again!"

The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the Biltmore as well as tubing in Mars Hill. It even snowed Friday night! The kids loved the loft area as they felt like they had a space to themselves. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

We brought a doggy gate for the back deck to keep our boys in, highly recommend bringing one if your dogs are stubborn with no recall like ours! "Very clean. Nice hot tub, fire pit, deck. The 2 bedrooms we slept in were nice and comfortable. My kids fell asleep on the couches which were comfortable as well. Josh was very helpful and responsive. All items we needed were available. Everything worked well. Josh made us feel as home and not just a guest in check in and check out which was very nice."
