「Hotel was an absolute state. Dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the bedding and un cleaned rooms that had dead flies and bugs on the bed. Requested to move room as it was disgusting and was met with Daniel the receptionist who was very unpleasant to deal with and very rude and abrupt. On telling him you'd expect the rooms to be clean and tidy and i have a respiratory failure and this was going to cause problems with the amount of dust in the rooms, i was just glared at. On the other hand half...

「Clean, comfy bed, and great shower. But be aware that the central location to the square = a lot of noise. Disturbances include a constant ticking type sound in the room, noisy bar patrons in the evening, and the constant ringing of church bells on the 1/2 hour. Appreciated the provided ear plugs. 」

「ボーンマスパビリオンのコンサートを見るのに、1泊しましたが、会場からとても近く、また海岸にも近いのでちょっとした小旅行気分になりました。 部屋は特に普通ですが、一人でダブルベッドをつかえたのでゆっくりできました。 夜は戸締まりされるので、一声かけて行くといいと思いました。 バス停からもすぐ近くなので、駅にも便がよいので、オンシーズンに海を楽しむのにまた利用してもいいなと思いました。」

「I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel. Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre. 」
