    Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Fuel for wood burner included. Laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble dryer.. Patio with sitting-out and garden furniture. Bike store. One dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (working farm). Private parking for 3/4 cars. No smoking.. Dawn Cottage is a warm welcoming family run traditional farm set within the Dovedale region of Peak District National Park, between Ashbourne and Buxton. The owners run a livestock farm, and as well as breeding cows and sheep they also have geese, hens and sheepdogs. This beautiful barn conversion is located on a gentle hillside offering glorious panoramic views over the River Dove and open countryside extending to the Tissington Trail and the Dove Valley.

    The cottage offers light and airy open plan ground floor living and three good sized bedrooms upstairs with original beams and fabulous views outside. The cottage is close to the Tissington Trail and the River Dove which can be easily reached on foot from the doorstep for many stunning and interesting walks and cycle routes.
