"House was in a great location. Yes 4xwheel or all wheel is highly recommended for driveway. Location was peaceful, no other house in sight, morning coffee on the deck listening to birds was perfect. A little trouble finding which way hot water runs in the showers, had to turn several directions to get it a good temperature, but that was the only issue we had. 5 mins to Ash Cave, 15 to Old man's cave and cedar falls trialheads. Had all amenities we needed in the house. Great to come back to house after miles of hiking. We would book again."

"This is a great place! Close enough to the various park entrances, yet set far enough from the road to give you the sensation of being in the back woods. Our host was very attentive and quickly took care of every request. There were 3 in our party (2 parents and 1 adult child) and we had plenty of room. The cabin was rustic and cozy, with comfortable beds and electric baseboard heat for the chilly nights we had during our stay. The gas grill works great, and the cabin has a brand new stove, which really helped with the cooking. We are very happy with our stay and with our host!"

"Great place to stay with amazing views! I didn't realize how steep the steps were though, so just something to consider if you are taking older adults and carrying young kids. Really cool property."
