"Nearest shop I found was the Co-op in Kegworth.
Room was clean and fine, but there was no info, eg that there's an alarm which goes off if you don't latch the kitchen door, who to contact and how I'm case of need. Prior to arrival, a map of the site showing checkin location would be useful.

"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. Towels were provided you just need to bring your own toiletries.
The small kitchen had everything we needed. Fridge and kettle. There was an oven and microwave if you needed them.
