"Hello,I would have given this property a 5 star except that the mattresses and bedding are so incredibly bad and the kitchen is really not equipped properly. I also want to point out that there are way too many fragrance diffusers in the flat. They are very offensive to many people. "Our room was nice, clean and everything was recently renovated. Our room was upgraded to a bigger room with 2 beds. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. Just 2 things we didn't like -- being in the basement below ground - granted there were windows in the bathroom and in the room. There was an automatic light and bathroom fan that would go on every time there was movement in the room - including in the middle of the night. I suppose this was done because there was a step down from the main room into the bathroom and to ensure that guests could see the floor and not fall or forget there was a level difference."

"We stayed 5 nights in Notting Hill and this hotel was located in a great location, right around the corner from portobello road and plenty of shops and restaurants. There were also plenty of grocery and liquor stores nearby. The downstairs common area, and bar are very cute and charming. The bar had good drinks and the seating areas are unique. Our room was okay. We had alot of things to do so it’s not like we planned on lounging in our room, but one thing happened after another. First night we got in, we had just taken a 6 hour train ride and were exhausted. We showered and took a 2 hour nap right when we arrived. While we were sleeping the lamp on my side of the bed snapped and fell to the floor waking us up, it was super odd. But after examining it, it looked like it had previously broken and someone had glued it back on. We brought the broken part down to the desk and explained what happened so we wouldn’t get blamed and he just stared at us and said okay. Then the next night we came back to the hotel and house keeping had cleaned our room. We got in bed and pulled the comforter over us, and my fiance gagged because his side of the blanket smelled of mildew. There’s also no phone in the rooms so you can’t just call the front desk. He went down and explained and the concierge was super nice and brought us new bedding and we changed it ourselves. The manager gave us a free drink and a free breakfast on our last morning. So that was kind of him."

"Over all it was okay!!! More like a crash pad. I found it a bit unclean.Baseboards are all dirty and needs painting and up keep. Bathroom floor and over all not the best. When I asked extra pillows the night staff was polite and good. Check in staff was unfriendly and not pleasant at all... Shuttle isn't free £7 and doesn't go to Terminal 4 Uber from so close was $37 CAD Its a very average and mediocre crash pad to me."

"I thought the location was close to the airport, but uber cost us over 50 pounds for a round trip. I needed an adaptor to charge my phone, but they were not offering it complimentary, I had to pay 10 pounds to purchase one. For an airport hotel, they should be able to accommodate international guests better."
