"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

"From being greeted at the door to final check out, the staff were unbelievably polite, friendly, helpful and considerate. The hotel itself was very impressive and in a great location, just a 3 minute walk from the Earls Court tube station. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We were only there for 8 hours before leaving for Heathrow but the room was clean, ac was working, bed was really comfortable and staff offered breakfast boxes as we were leaving before the breakfast service (didn’t have them but nice that they offered). Location was very easy across the street to the tube station and a couple of stops to the terminal."

"The hotel looks EXACTLY how it does online (we find this to hardly ever be the case). The room was lovely, location was great, staff lovely, great amenities, free tea and coffee, great hot water, sparkling water and ice water taps, microwave and great fridges in the room. The shower was gorgeous as were the provided soaps and body wash. 10000% staying here again!"

"The hotel in connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow BUT it is a long covered walk (after a train ride and elevator ride from other terminals). The staff was great! I had an early flight and they told me the train doesn't start that early so they WALKED me to the bus stop and let me know it was safe to wait there. The hotel is about an hour from the tourist attractions and the trains run frequently but try and avoid rush hour. The room was very good-clean and large enough for at least 2. I would stay there again."
