"We booked a family room with a double and a single bed. Room provided was 3 single beds. Tiny room - much smaller than I expected for a family room. No room for us to all have our luggage out. Very basic room and not what I expected for the money paid. PODS to the airport were convenient but not free as indicated on the hotels website. Disappointed in our stay. Would not stay again."

"From check in to check out all hotel staff were outstanding. Always a smile and sincere greeting. Food and service also outstanding. Any requests made were gladly accommodated. Will diffently stall there when next travel to London. Heathrow in particular. "

"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "

"Such a lovely boutique hotel-- with a charming green garden in the back, Michelin- recognized restaurant on site, a great bar with innovative cocktails, and a nice well-ventilated gym with equipment in good condition. Rooms are lovely-- I had a garden view and the ambience was very tranquil. Good shower, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and quiet. Happen to stay during Mother's Day U.K. and received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and complimentary glass of prosecco in the evening-- which was just lovely. And really must recommend the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding-- absolutely delicious and not heavy in any way. Hotel is easy to get to-- just steps away from Earl Court tube stop. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon."
