Die Nähe zum Chiemsee, nach Kufstein, Innsbruck oder München, viele Freizeitangebote in Kultur (Konzerte, Trachtenveranstaltungen, Ausstellungen etc.), Sport wie mountainbiken, paragliden, wandern, und Natur pur lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Viele Touren können Sie vor Ihrer Haustüre starten. Im Winter ist das familienfreundliche und schneesichere Skigebiet mit kleinen Liften und gepflegten Loipen ein Urlaubsparadies. Einige Lifte befinden sich in Nähe der Wohnung.
