The house features a master bedroom with a double bed, a first bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with twin beds, and a private bathroom with a shower.<br>The highlight of Casa Terrazza is undoubtedly its roof, which has been transformed into an exclusive panoramic terrace where you can lie back and soak up the sun and grill fish and meat when evening falls. There is also a swimming pool (3 meters x 2 meters) for the exclusive use of the house’s guests: from here, you’ll see one of Sardinia’s most beautiful natural spectacles—the turquoise sea of Capriccioli and, in the distance, Cala di Volpe Bay, Porto Rotondo, and the island of Mortorio.<br><br>Layout: living room with panoramic windows, dining area, small kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with private bathroom.
