The location is close to lovely beaches such as Piccolo Pevero, Porto Sole, Spiaggia della Cala Li Mucchi Bianchi. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, night clubs and suprmarkets. Our room was big and nicely decorated with balcony and mountain view. Outside the room, apart from the reception area, the hotel seems deserted.

The door was not very secure, no safe in the room so I could never leave anything in the room. Hot water was not working well in the afternoon, only a little while in the morning. Not easy to find anyone from the management in the hotel.

Nice residence in Porto Cervo
It is a nice, clean residence in an amazing location in Porto Cervo next to Billionaire night club. Rather basic but for this price you cannot get anything better in Costa Smeralda. Perfect for discovering local beaches and restaurants of Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia.

Great hotel manager
Quiet and affordable room very close to Porto cervo. Massimo was very welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat, drink and activities in and around Porto cervo. Room was simple and clean. Recommend!
