It’s a lovely property and there are not a lot of options anywhere near as nice. The staff are all super friendly, competent and lovely. Sardinia is surprisingly rigid about most things but this resort was so laid back and nice, while also very competent. I had a terrible flight situation and they were just fantastic helping me last minute. My friends at other (much more expensive but no where near as nice) hotels were so jealous!

Struttura molto curata e silenziosa, un’oasi rilassante con la comodità di avere tutte le attrazioni vicine. Colazione abbondante e buona, ristorante sempre accessibile anche se con poca scelta, personale gentile e discreto. Camere semplici ma grandi e molto pulite.

L'hôtel et la piscine sont tres jolis, belle vue et bien situés. En revanche les chambres sont délabrées, aucune insonorisation. Je n'ai pas ferme l'œil de la nuit, c'était insupportable. Mention speciale au restaurant qui nous a comptés un menu entier a pres de 50 euros alors que nous n'avons pris qu'un plat. Le personnel est sympathique, mais belle arnaque

De hotelkamer had wat gebreken. De TV werkte niet, AC maakte veel lawaai en met een stortbui stond er water op de vloer in de douche. Het ontbijt viel elke dag tegen maar het diner was 2x echt onder de maat en 2x OK.

L’état de la salle de bain dans les 3 chambres : le carrelage était sale, le porte savon et le verre à dent très sale! (on peut vous envoyer des photos pour preuve.) Dans notre chambre, l’évacuation du lavabo était bouché: lorsqu’il l’ont débouché on entendait systématiquement le bruit dans les tuyauteries ; un compresseur a tourné toutes les demi-heure durant la nuit, Une ampoule était défectueuse, il n’y avait pas d´eau dans le frigo et le corridor qui nous amenait à la chambre n’était pas éclairé: il nous a fallu allumer nos lampes de poche... C’est proprement indigne de demander 200 Fr. pour une chambre dans un état pareil ! En plus, lors du repas, lorsqu’on a demandé une bouteille de vin régional, le maître d’hôtel nous a proposé un vin sans nous donner la liste de prix et le lendemain sur la facture il coûtait 100 € !!! Nous avons évidemment refusé de payer et la réceptionniste a fini par nous offrir une bouteille pour s’excuser. En toute honnêteté, je pense que nous sommes en droit de demander un remboursement partiel. Un établissement si bien placé avec des jardins et des infrastructures extérieures magnifiques mais dont le service et l’état intérieur ne correspond pas et de loin à un 4 étoiles...

Sardische Wohlfühl-Oase

Das Hotel schmiegt sich diskret auf einem Hügel und überblickt die malerische Baia Sardinia. Diesen tollen Blick kann auch vom Morgen- oder Restauranttisch genossen werden. Die Park- und Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und versprüht mediterranen Charm. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig geschnitten und verfügen Bad mit Fenstern. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, die Dusche eng und insgesamt war die Einrichtung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ich würde es „alt italienisch“ nennen. Ebenfalls störte die Hellhörigkeit, man konnte jeden Schritt auf dem Flur hören bzw. jedes Geräusch aus der Küche/ dem Eingang, über der/dem sich unser Zimmer befand. Somit haben wir dann auch die Hochzeitsgesellschaft hautnah miterleben dürfen, die zum Glück gegen 0.30 Uhr beendet war. Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch, da muss man Abstriche machen. Sehr attraktiv hingegen waren der Poolbereich und die gepflegte Außenanlage. Auch das Personal war wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Insgesamt gesehen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, wir würden beim nächsten Sardinien Besuch allerdings ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Hotel very friendly staff. Two receptionist went out of there way to help us. Pool area beautiful. Rooms not so good need up dating. Floor in bedroom didn’t look like it hadn’t been cleaned sometimes. Garden area beautifully kept, wine waiter missed use out three times. The guys who served us meals and took our order, they are friendly and helpful-polite and charming. Food in restaurant very good. Would stay here again but maybe look at getting a suite next time.

Posizione ed inserimento incantevoli. Colpisce subito l'ingresso e tutto il verde che circonda la struttura, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e anche la cena. La struttura avrebbe però bisogno a mio parere di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione per quanto riguarda le camere che non sono in linea con il resto dell'Hotel. Nel complesso il giudizio è più che positivo, ci tornerei sicuramente.
