We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing, the pool was very nice and the view is one of the best we have had. Very quiet. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!

The view was beautiful, the room was spacious, and the front desk staff were super friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. The moment we walked in, the bald man working there seemed unhappy to see us and immediately told us we needed a reservation. When we checked in earlier, we had asked about this and were told no reservation was required since the restaurant is for hotel guests only. We waited far too long for our food. By the time it arrived, it was already cold. The “ginger chicken” literally had pieces of raw, unpeeled ginger in it, and my salad never even arrived. A simple salad should not take that long to prepare, yet it never came at all. The poor service and unprofessional attitude completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. The front desk kindly sent two desserts to our room afterward, which was a thoughtful gesture, but it didn’t make up for the terrible dining experience. If you stay here, I highly recommend eating somewhere else instead of the hotel restaurant.

Upon arrival front desk lady was not very nice , then man that took us to room was extremely rude and pointed to room and didn’t even offer to help my wife with her 2 bags - didn’t show anything in room and just pointed and walked away

Fantastisk hyggelig sted, veldig autentisk Italiensk. veldig bra frokost og kort og kjøre til alt. litt luftigere på toppen av fjellet som gir litt mere luft på varme dager. Vi ble fire ekstra netter, da vi hadde planlagt og bo på et hotell til.

Hotel Micalosu, uma ótima opção !

O hotel fica em Cannigione, bem no centro da Costa Esmeralda, estando nele acessamos de carro com facilidade (20 a 30 minutos) todas as praias da costa. O hotel é familiar e todos são simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã é fantástico, muitas opções gostosas num terraço com uma vista incrível! O quarto em que ficamos era pequeno, porém, como raramente estávamos nele, ficou tudo bem. A vila também é gostosa para jantar e passear a noite. Recomendo muito e voltaria com certeza!

Super Hôtel magnifique vue

Nous sommes arrives et nous avons ete acceuillis par Giovanni. Il nous a expliqué qu il y avait un problème avec notre réservation. En effet, nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes mais l hotel n a pas de chambre pour 4. Mais Giovanni avait anticipé et contacter le site. Et nous avons eu deux chambres vu piscine et vu mer...Giovanni a ete notre sauveur pour bien commencer notre sejour. Merci Giovanni tu es une belle personne avec un grand coeur.

Noisy place

Pas d'insonorisation, télé des voisins à 1h00 du matin, départ en fanfare des tours opérators à 6h00. Impossible de dormir bien. Avoir du café au petit déjeuner est un challenge, les jus de fruits sont synthétiques. Service déplorable. Réceptionniste irresponsable qui prend vos cartes d'identité et oublie de les rendre. Bref, n'importe quoi.

The hotell is OK I guess. No wifi, the bathroom could be cleaner and the bed was terrible. Other than that the hotell is okei becouse of the fant that the poolside and Malin building is in good shape, other than that i would have given it 2/10. Overall I wouldnt recomend it unfortunatelly.

Very kind and helpful stuff, apart of the person who didn’t know how to complete my check out calculating my expenses in the wrong way. The location is nice, the hotel is pretty old fashion, but clean. I do not recommend to eat there. Worst presentation and quality. Breakfast is poor and coffee just awful. No WiFi in the rooms.

Hotel mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Zimmer sind in einer Anlage mit Pool verteilt. Wlan ist in den Zimmern nicht möglich, nur in der Nähe der Rezeption. Das Zimmer hätte vom Fußboden sauberer sein können.Ein kleiner Kühlschrank fehlt. Leider nur mit Frühstück. Das Angebot für Halbpension fehlte mir. Auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug mit einem der vielen Boote zb. ab Canninone buchen und La Maddalena besuchen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Er was geen pendelbus van strand naar hotel vv daarnaast lagen de bedden erg moeizaam en stonk het op de kamer naar schimmel. Personeel was erg behulpzaam een vriendelijk.

Schöne Lage, Zimmer unzureichend

Eins vorweg: ein Auto ist unverzichtbar, guter Ausgangspunkt fuer Touren zu den schönen Straenden in der Umgebung. Leider kann die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Pool nicht über die maroden Zimmer hinwegtaeuschen: eine Toilette (nach Info an den Service nicht repariert), die dauernd läuft, Handtuecher die nicht gewechselt werden, Klopapier nicht nachgefüllt, ein Minikuehlschrank der nicht mal eine Flasche kuehlen kann sondern nur 2 Dosen, keine Aufhaengmoeglichkeut fuer Badetuecher, mit wenig Umdenken könnte hier sehr viel mehr Komfort fuer den Gast erreicht werden. Das Fruehstueck ist fuer italienische Verhaeltnisse in Ordnung (Wurst, Kaese, Kuchen, Kaffee Top)

Sufficiente rapporto qualità prezzo

Permanenza di una settimana in una stanza non in ottime condizioni. Box doccia rotto sistemato con una tendina. Odore di stanza chiusa in camera fino all'ultimo giorno. Colazione appena accettabile. Buone le paste calde ma la macchinetta per il caffè automatico è improponobile con caffe che sembra un orzo e latte liofilizzato. Da evidenziare però la gentilezza del personale che serve la colazione che compensa la carenze dell'hotel. Per il resto ne arte ne parte. Distante 700 metri da Canniggione. Da considerare solo per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Discreto ma niente di eccezionale,lontano dal mare

Hotel dall'aspetto gradevole nelle zone comuni (sala colazione e pranzo/cena, piscina, hall), camere di buone dimensioni semplici nell'arredamento (tv vecchiotta, frigobar piccolo e poco funzionante); noi siamo stati sistemati in una camera esposta in pieno sole (forse c'era di meglio); bagno spazioso, box doccia e phon da migliorare. Pulizia buona, cambio degli a asciugamani non giornaliero. Colazione a buffet, non particolarmente ricca e varia ma accettabile, caffè espresso a pagamento altrimenti caffè della macchinetta automatica. Possibilità di cenare (forse anche di pranzare) : in caso voleste usufruire di tale servizio fatevi dire chiaramente i prezzi, a noi prima era stato detto un prezzo di un primo, un secondo + contorno e dessert, poi un altro oppure pagamento al consumo...beh abbiamo pagato più di xxx euro a testa pur non avendo preso l'intero menù fisso. Poco simpatico, poco cordiale il personale della reception, l'ospitalità per noi é un'altra cosa, ma può essere solo una questione di empatia.

Quel dommage!!Cet établissement manque de moyens pour mettre en valeur la beauté de son emplacement. Le jardin ,la piscine sont chouettes, malheureusement les chambres ne sont plus en accord avec l'ensemble car le mobilier est sans âme de plus abimé par le temps ,dans des chambres défraichies avec un minimum de propreté ,une télé timbre poste ,un réseau Wifi qui passe très mal .En gros tout est viellot et tristounet! J'espere que les hôteliers se donneront la capacité à rebondir car les lieux en valent pourtant le coup !La restauration était décevante pour le prix demandé. Le personnel est pro ,mais cela ne suffit pas! alors s'il vous plait sortez le patron de sa léthargie !

Quiet and peaceful hotel in lovely surroundings.

Quiet hotel suitable for older couples or families. On top of a hill, so lovely views of surrounding countryside and coastline. Car needed as it is a lengthy climb out of town, although there is an adjacent bus stop. Staff helpful and friendly, conversing well in English, and buffet breakfast perfectly adequate to start the day. Nice clean swimming pool, again with lovely views, but plenty of steps to rooms and pool. Enjoyed our stay (2nd), and plan to return to this lovely unspoilt area of Sardinia - and hopefully be again greeted at reception by Cinzia's welcoming smile!
