「everything functions well. Lex is very friendly and helpful. pool is warm, sunny terrace nearly all day, comfy beds, all in all a great destination with fabulous views. 」

「Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.」

Neben den bequemen Betten konnten auch die modernen Badezimmer überzeugen. Die Lage bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten auf der ganzen Insel, allerdings ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert! 「The place is very well kept and the view truly takes your breath away. It's perfect for a retreat-style stay. People who stay here should be aware that they will definitely need a car, since it is a rather remote spot on the side of a mountain. Getting there entails a steep drive up the hill and taking very sharp turns. Parking is scarce and can be a bit of a challenge if the area is full. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!」

Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Fenster in den Lichtschacht oberhalb des Essensbereichs. Das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäfte ist drei Blocks entfernt. Auf der Dachterrasse lassen sich nachts auch prima Sternschnuppen suchen. Immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Super Verkehrsanbindung nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 25 Minuten...

「Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. 「El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.」
