"The only problem we had was our Nextdoor neighbor spent the entire week smoking on her balcony. We were not able to enjoy the view because the smell was disgusting. Anytime we opened the balcony door, our room smelled like we had smoked in it. We complained, but nothing was done. It’s a shame one inconsiderate person can ruin an otherwise great experience."

"What a beautiful balcony to watch the cruise ships and sunset! The unit was clean and well maintained. Twice I messaged the host, Esteban, for an article for the unit, within 10 min he responded and within the hour the items were delivered to our door. Outstanding customer service! "Outstanding property with excellent customer service. They are very responsive and I loved the daily towel changing service. The location is close to the cruise arriving area near Renaissance windcreek hotel and casino. About the only think I didn't like is that the hot tub was not warning the water and is too much to the side of the house with pests in the water. You also need to cross a busy street to get to the ocean and beach access is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Everything else about the house is great. You can't go wrong with a large family. "
