"The unit although modern was missing basic cleanliness when we arrived. Coasters had coffee rings, dirty dishes were stacked in cupboard, shower curtain is stained and mouldy and the dining room table when wiped down turned the dish cloth brown(never been cleaned). Having a washing machine with no clothes rack. No where for toiletries next to sink. However we did enjoy small touches like complimentary juice,candy etc. if those basics get sorted then it would be a much nicer stay."

"We loved the apartment, but the cost was alot more than we expected. Not sure if book a bachis quoted us as i could kot find proof of actual cost till i saw my credit card. We had to pay extra for a porta cot and a high chair which i felt for the price we paid should have been included in the cost. The runnish buns were tiny and frustrating to constantly empty. But otherwise could not fault it. Was a very nice apartment and had everything we needed to make it a home away from home."

"Very nice, well set up apartment with all we needed for a great ski holiday. The Coronet Peak road is literally a couple of minutes drive away, which was perfect for what we wanted and downtown Queenstown is less than ten minutes drive in the other direction. "Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming."

"We will not hesitate to revisit in the future, perfect location for everything, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, nice restaurant (although only used for breakfast on our departure day as Queenstown has so much to offer!). Only improvement would be to refurbish the outdated bathroom, that said it did the job."

"There is a great restaurant at the hotel. The bar and pizza place are also a great option for food and drinks. The premises offer a lot of great amenities. The hotel is really close to shopping and other restaurants. The staff are really helpful also, so will be back for sure."

"We think the breakfast is okay. In the past, barista coffee was included but not in this trip. But the brewed coffee is so good. We didn't like the way they cooked the sunny side eggs because they tasted "plastic - ky" and the scrambled eggs looked dry. But on the brighter side, we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Wakatipu Drill - loved the prawns, fried chicken and salmon. Love the pool, spa but disappointed that the steam room was not working. Fabulous stay."

"Positives: Great location and easy walk to wharf area, restaurants and shops. Big comfortable beds. Cons: Booked balcony mountain view room but room was at end of hallway and was mainly overlooking large roof space and aircon units with offices across the street. Could only see mountains in background if you out on the balcony and looked left or right. Unfortunately would not be sitting on the balcony to enjoy that view - very disappointing. Had better views on our other accomodations around the South Island"
