West of the municipality of Artà, the Mar i Cel holiday home is located in the idyllic village of Colonia de Sant Pere. The 220 m² accommodation offers a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, board games, toys, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find an oasis of well-being with a Mediterranean front yard and a terrace with a 22 m² pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a dining area under a sunshade. Wir haben ein paar super schöne Tage in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man kann super gut relaxen. Zudem bietet das Haus viele Möglichkeiten sich draußen aufzuhalten. Je nach Sonne oder Schattenbedarf kann man am Pool sitzen, auf einer kleinen Terrasse vor dem Haus, auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick oder auf der Hauptterrasse mit großem Tisch, auf der wir unsere Abende verbrachten.Die Lage ist super um den Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden. Zudem sind ein kleiner Spar, Restaurants und ein kleiner Strand fussläufig erreichbar. Der Spar war super um morgens Baguette zu holen, ansonsten aber zu teuer.Der Kontakt mit Micaela war sehr nett, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen kleinen Finka.

Pros: Sauberes schönes kleines Haus mit einem wirklich tollen großen Pool. Es fehlt im Haus an nichts. Cons: Die Klimaanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und kühlt nicht mehr maximal. Klodeckel in einem Bad nur sehr laut zuschließen, das war nervig.

Gemütliches Haus mit guter Ausstattung und toller Aussicht

Pros: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchte und der Pool und die schöne Aussicht haben alles abgerundet. Das Haus ist weiter höher gelegen, zum kleinen Örtchen macht man also einen Fußmarsch von ca. 10 Minuten aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Dafür hat man sowohl Berg- als auch Meersicht. Orte wie Artà oder Alcudia waren nicht weit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich und super schnell zu erreichen. Da unser Flug bei der Ankunft stark Verspätung hatte, wurde mit uns sogar bis in die Nacht kommuniziert. Der Check-in war problemlos. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen :) Cons: In der Küche fehlten leider Gewürze und Öl, was wir dann noch nachgerüstet haben. Spülmittel fehlte ebenfalls, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung!

schöne Finca mit tollem Pool

Pros: Von Anfang an hatten wir sehr guten Kontakt mit Micaela. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein. Außerdem hat sie uns auf Wunsch extra einen Plan erstellt, welche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte wir in einer Woche schaffen könnten.Lieben Dank hierfür. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, gemütliche Holzmöbel und sogar ein Kamin. Haben den Pool sehr genossen. Es wurde in beiden Badezimmern ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Flüssigseife hingestellt. Auch Strandtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Bepflanzung am Haus mit Kakteen und Palmen, richtig schön mediterran und gepflegt. So fühlt sich Urlaub an. Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder. Danke Micaela und Familie.
