"I suppose I shouldn't have booked with a hotel whose reception desk closed before I would arrive. But I did talk to someone beforehand who assured me they would text me instructions on how to get my room key when I arrived at 1 am. The text never came and I was forced to look elsewhere. I wish she would have just said 'yeah you should probably find another hotel cuz we can't accommodate that.' Oh well"
