"The staff was absolutely horrible and rude to me at check in they even THREW my id and deposit back at me when they didn’t see my reservation at first and spoke so so rude to me , only to then see I really did have a reservation. Even then I was waiting around for 30 minutes to even get into my room. I would NEVER come to any one of these places again "

The entire property was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was convenient for everything from hitting Universal Studios to just enjoying Southern California as a hole.The communication with Miguel was great, though we never had any reason to chat with him during the stay. It was an easy check in and out and I’d definitely stay there again!"

"The room was modern and styled very well. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need including coffee and toaster. Towels were also provided. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Board games were in the living room as well as a smart tv. Absolutely happy with my stay there. Host checked in just enough to make sure everything was going well, but not too much that it was bothersome. Highly recommend booking. "
