We had a great time. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The location right on the boardwalk was lovely. Pool area was just right to relax and unwind after going on a run. Had food both days and it was delicious. Great experience.

A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally. Thank you ~ Jon

Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The views from the property were amazing! Nice and spacious as well. Will book again when I come back to NY!

The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place.
