「Disappointed that the room was not wheelchair accessible」

「Well price for the quality.」

「Parking was easy. Room was very clean, odor free, and seemed to be newly renovated. Did not have coffee maker. The walls must be very thin as we were disturbed all night by noisy guests in the adjacent room. To their credit, they did quiet down, but continued talking all night, which we could here through the walls. No sleep for us.」

「Nice spot would be great for kids. Sand beach, concrete fishing dock, campfire, rec hall for rainy days, horseshoe pits, fenced pool, lots a room. Oh yeah, i saw a small boat ramp on the property too (good for a boat up to 16 ft maybe) . Might be a good spot to park a small trolling boat for a few days. Good rainbow and lake trout fishing right out in the bay. I caught a 6 lb rainbow across the bay at colpoys bay just casting off the pier. Also good fishing off the public pier in town.」

「Rooms were very clean, adequately furnished and equipped with microwave, coffee maker & fridge. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Breakfast was typical of a budget hotel with a variety of cereals breads, bagels with marmalade, jams, peanut butter, cold juices and yogurts. Hot buffet was fresh but I have to say unappealing to look at, eggs and what appeared to be sausage. Overall, the Breakfast was adequate to start the day and the stay was comfortable.」

「Hotel policy, they required to provide Driver license and enter my personal Identification in their system, even they have my Expedia booking and credit card info. I don’t know how secure with the hotel storing system, I am worry that my personal ID is sold to the third party or third country for criminal activities like fraud and scams. For this reason I will not book for this hotel again or refer it to anyone」

「Property is messy. (Renovations?) Check in was slow. Our room was clean but had strange smell. Beds were comfortable. Sleep interrupted by noisy neighbors twice.」

「The room was very nice - large and well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. We had a lovely continental breakfast in the morning and were able to sit in the dining room overlooking the bay. Staff was excellent. My only concern was with poor lighting in the parking lot and I did pass that along in the morning. We came in later in the evening and it was very difficult to see where we were walking. Probably not an issue in the busy season when the restaurant is open and people are out...

「You get what you pay for - a basic room. Check in was easy and the staff were nice. Cons were that the noise bleeds heavily from the road out front and the hallways. I couldn't turn off the porch light either and the light really comes through the blinds. There was also a spat between other patrons at about 1am (that can't really be blamed on the motel) but it was quite loud and kept me awake. There is no box spring either and the mattress was a bit thin so my back was a bit sore in the...

「There was no breakfast menu we just got a bag with and apple, yogurt, muffin and drink box. The staff were pleasant. The room was nice and clean. Parking was ample. The whole complex wis in repair, no noticable sign, no pool no amenities at all. If we knew what it was like we would not have booked here. 」

「Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!」
